Positive: We felt very much at home: it was cosy, and everything we needed was there, including fresh eggs, milk and so on. The children absolutely loved the animals, the garden, and the lovely explanations and help with looking after the animals. For us parents, the location was also ideal, as we didn’t have to drive very far for day trips. Many thanks to Ian and Nikki!

Positive: The owners were lovely and helpful and gave us such a warm welcome. Our dog loved it and the log burner kept us nice and warm. It's amazing what they do for the animals and would definitely stay again.

Positive: Lekido cabin was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed.Brilliant hosts Ian and Nikki,amazing views and lovely farm animals.Definitely recommend for out of city,relaxing break!

Negative: The cabin is a bit small,but it adds up to cabin experience.

Positive: The cabin was perfect for what we needed, nice and cosy, plenty of space, essentials were catered for tea/coffee/sugar/milk/cleaning products/tea towels/kitchen towels/toilet roll/towels/bedding and lovely fresh eggs!!! Ian and Nikki were very welcoming and to be able to get involved with the animals was just great :) of an evening there was the added bonus of ping pong and darts in the games room.

Positive: The cabin is set within the fields/orchid to the rear of Ian and Nikki's home which include rescued chickens, ducks, lambs, goats and donkeys - a sanctuary for rescued animals. As animal people, this was very much a paradise. If you're not animal people, be prepared for early alarm calls from chickens, lambs and ducks as well as Ian and the family walking near to the cabin into the fields - it's a working farm after all so don't be surprised. The cabin was well set up including a log burner which was the primary heater and it was brilliant. All amenities are covered including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave etc but Ian and Nikki are available to help whenever you need anything. It's a perfect location for a couple or a family with small children. Ian and Nikki are perfect hosts. Ian was in touch when we booked and gave directions prior to arrival. They also give you a tour of the cabin and info on where you can/can't go in the fields but you're effectively able to enjoy the farm as much as you'd like. The whole experience was wonderful and we can't wait to come back again.

Negative: Nothing - it was excellent. The only thing (and I mean only thing) missing was a bedside table on the right side of the bed. Not even a big deal. Everything was perfect.

Positive: Lovely peaceful setting surrounded by animals. Perfect location to visit whitstable and surrounding areas. Dogs had a lovely time with lots of space to explore. Nice pubs in walking distance. The host really really welcoming and we had such a nice time.

Positive: It was a lovely cabin with log burner all ready for us on arrival. Everything that I required was there when I looked. Bed was comfy. Lovely to look out of the window and see chickens geese and ducks. The owners are very welcoming and were happy for our dog to have free run of the orchard field. The owner gave us tips on where to visit and where to eat. He couldn’t be more helpful. Donkeys were very amusing.

Negative: It was all fine.
